Learn about the reasons for European Immigration to the United States during the period from 1906-1920, the voyage to America and the settlement of immigrants in their new homeland (including Buffalo). Special focus on the Irish immigration of 1840-1865, a major storyline in this year’s book, May the Road Rise up to Meet You.

Greg Kinal is a Social Studies teacher at Pembroke High School and a noted speaker on American history.
