Alcohol and Substance Abuse Studies

Understanding the effects of alcohol and drug use is important in order to help others. The Alcohol and Substance Abuse Studies Program was developed as a foundation for students who intend to transfer into social work, human services or alcohol/substance abuse majors at four-year schools.

Child Care

The Child Care Certificate program is designed to prepare you to become a care-giver to young children. The program is also designed to upgrade your skills and knowledge even if you already work with young children.

Developmental Disabilities Studies

Our certificate program addresses the skills and knowledge necessary for you to succeed as a human service worker. The certificate may be completed in one year (full-time) and can be taken separately or as part of the Human Services AAS Degree Program.
