Building Leadership Excellence

Change for the BEST! This intensive, hands-on program is designed to develop proven skills needed to manage, influence, create, inspire and lead organizations. Students will learn to think and act strategically, enhancing management performance and improving organizational effectiveness. The program is designed to provide effective decision making, coaching, innovative problem solving, and conflict resolution skills. Your instructor...

Amy Conley is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Business at Genesee Community College. Before teaching, Amy held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a group of power plants and managed a team of human resources and finance professionals across four locations in New York State. As a CPA, Amy has worked with various organizations including not-for-profits, manufacturers, and communication companies.

Course Information

Program attendance includes weekly sessions, one full day kick-off session and 10 half day sessions. Participants have the option to receive three GCC credits for course completion. Please inform The BEST Center at the time of registration that you would like to take advantage of this opportunity.
