Why GCC?

GCC 's Help Desk Support Certificate program addresses the need for trained employees who can support the interaction with computer systems for a wide range of user groups. GCC courses will introduce you to computers, fundamental technologies involved with computer networks, programming, problem solving, and communication techniques.

You will also participate in a cooperative work experience with an outside organization. This will give you the opportunity to apply your newly acquired skills in a real-world setting.
