Spring 2018: Last 12 Weeks
|December 29||Spring 2018 Tuition Due Date|
Tuition for the Spring 2018 semester is DUE no later than Friday, December 29, 2017. Payment is due upon registration after December 29th.
|January 22||Spring 2018 Residency Forms Due|
Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Success Center by January 22nd will result in having your tuition charges “doubled”. ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year.

|February 05||Spring 2018 Fin Aid Bookstore Charges (12 week session)|
You may begin using your excess Spring 2018 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, February 5, 2018. Your aid must be on your account to do so. The last day to purchase books for Last 12 week classes using your aid is Tuesday, March 6, 2018.
|February 11||Spring 2018 Last day to drop for 100% Refund- Last 12 Week Session|
Classes begin Monday, February 12, 2018. You will receive a 100% tuition refund for dropping from the Spring 2018 Last 12 Week Session PRIOR to Monday, February 12th.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, February 12th, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
|February 12||Last 12 Weeks - Begins|
All Last 12 Weeks sections begin on this day.
|February 12||Spring 2018 60% Tuition Refund- Last 12 Week Session|
You will receive a 60% refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, February 12th through Sunday, February 18th.
The last day for ANY tuition refund for Last 12 Week session is February 25th.
|February 14||Last 12 Weeks - Last day to add without signatures|
This is the last day students can add a Last 12 Weeks section without the instructors approval.
|February 19||Spring 2018 30% Tuition Refund- Last 12 Week Session|
You will receive a 30% refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, February 19th through Sunday, February 25th.
There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2018 Last 12 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER February 25th.
|February 25||Last 12 Weeks - Census - last day to add or drop|
This is the last day a student can drop a Last 12 Weeks section and not receive a grade.
|February 26||Last 12 Weeks - Withdrawal period begins|
Student withdrawing from a Last 12 Weeks class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "W" on their transcript for the course.
|March 05||2018 Fall Registration*|
Students who have earned at least 1 credit hour at Genesee Community College are eligible to register for Fall courses beginning on this date.
|March 06||Spring 2018 Last Day for Bookstore Vouchers (12 week session)|
This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2018 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks for Last 12 Week Classes.
|March 12||2018 Fall Registration|
Fall registration is open to all students.
|March 13||Spring 2018 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate-Last 12 Week Session|
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, March 13th is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 12 Week session.
|April 08||Last 12 Weeks - Withdrawal period ends|
This is the last day for Students withdrawing from a Last 12 Weeks class to receive a grade of "W" on their transcript for the course. After this date they will receive a grade of "F".
|April 09||Last 12 Weeks - Grade of "F" begins|
Student withdrawing from a Last 12 Weeks class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "F" on their transcript for the course.
|April 13||Fall 2017 IP Deadline|
All instructors must submit a Grade Change Form by this date for students who were issued a grade of "IP" in the last Fall Semester.
|May 14||Finals begin|
This is the first day of Final Exams.
|May 16||Finals end|
This is the last day of Final Exams.
|May 18||Spring Web Grading ends grades must be entered by 12:00 pm|
Faculty must have grades submitted on the web by 12:00pm on this day.
|November 09||Spring and Summer 2018 IP Deadline|
All instructors must submit a Grade Change Form by this date for students who were issued a grade of "IP" in the last Spring and Summer Semester.
