Intermediate Photography
Explores precise control of exposure, image processing workflow, and location/studio lighting techniques. Discusses artistic and commercial aspects of photography. Portfolio development. Two class hours, two lab hours. Students must provide their own fully adjustable manual shutters speed and aperture camera and photographic supplies. Prerequisite: PHO103 or PHO118.

Course Learning Outcomes:
1. Discuss with refined understanding the contributions made by the masters of photography
2. Utilize a variety of analog and digital camera techniques with proficiency
3. Utilize a variety of analog and digital printing techniques with proficiency
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of selected images in terms of their technical characteristics
5. Apply innovative and creative approaches to the production of photographs
6. Produce a print portfolio of his or her own collected photographs containing exhibition-quality photographs
