Aquatics
Presents basic etiquette and safety considerations for pool activities. Swim strokes such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke will be introduced. Floating and treading strategies will be introduced. Students will be introduced to the basic dive.

2. Demonstrate the basic dive with proper technique.

4. Discuss the safety and procedures for being in and around an aquatic facility.
5. Explain the benefits of basic fitness activities associated with swimming athletes.
