Information Technology Internship
Participation in a minimum of 120 hours field experience in an internship business/organization for the purpose of experiential learning in business operations, management, and information technologies which are related to career and academic objectives. Prerequisite: 12 credit hours of CSN and/or CIS courses and permission of instructor.

1. Create a professional job application (cover letter, resume, reference sheet, etc.).
2. Create professional online presence (photo, resume, education, experience, testimonials, etc.)
3. Behave professionally in a job interview (reply to questions, act with respect, assert oneself, etc.).
4. Apply the three stages of a job search to find an internship.
5. Evaluate one’s own performance in the organization.
6. Analyze one’s own supervisor’s role in the organization.
