Wide Area Networking

Presents WAN technologies and network services required by converged applications in enterprise networks. Lectures and labs cover protocols, WAN security, Voice Over IP, principles of traffic, access control, and addressing services. Skills include configuration, implementation, detection, troubleshooting and corrective actions. Spring only. Two class hours, two lab hours. Prerequisite: CSN206

2. Troubleshoot network devices
3. Resolve common issues with data link protocols
4. Resolve common issues with OSPF, EIGRP, and STP in both IPv4 and IPv6 networks
