The library has a new scanner system in our Course Connect room (D155) for faculty, staff, and student use. It is an overhead scanner that can scan a book or document and offers the ability to print, scan to email or USB drive in PNG, JPEG, or PDF file types and even convert to an mp3 file. The software automatically crops, flattens, and splits each page of a book, even removing your thumbs from the image. Feel free to stop at the information desk and ask a librarian for an overview on how to use it!
