Any question regarding the enforcement, interpretation or application of this Code shall be referred to the Dean of Students or designee for a determination.
Under authority delegated by the Board of Trustees, the President or designee may request assistance from local, state, or federal law enforcement, and may initiate injunction proceedings, when necessary to protect the safety of the College community or the continuity of College operations.
Action under this Code does not preclude criminal or civil action by any party with a legal right to bring it.
