1. Demonstrate intermediate yoga postures.
2. Lead a group in meditation between body, breath, and spirit.
3. Describe benefits of mediation and relaxation for the body and mind.
4. Measure improvements in flexibility and strength with more advanced poses/stretches
5. Analyze the benefits of daily fitness activity specific to yoga.
