Builds the skills necessary to produce accurate medical records and correspondence from dictated materials. Emphasizes punctuation, spelling, grammar, medical vocabulary, and efficiency. Prerequisites: OFT116 and OFT101.

2. Edit medical documents to conform to American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT) style guidelines.
