Advanced Communication Skills for Community College Personnel
Effective communication underpins every successful endeavor in most organizations. For success in a community college setting, leaders and aspiring leaders must be able to assist others by adeptly applying a variety of communication techniques, and determining which technique to use in which situation. This course will provide students with opportunities for self-reflective learning as a means of encouraging participants to modify their personal communication style to become better leaders. Prerequisites: LDR 271 and 272.
