Concentrates on the scope of management in the global environment. Examines the four main functions of management (planning, organizing, leading, and controlling) and the decision-making process through case analysis and team projects. Studies the management skills necessary to adapt to rapidly changing world competition and environments.

6. Evaluate theories related to various principles including motivation, performance management, or leadership.
7. Prepare a leadership self-assessment.
8. Develop a personal strategy for managing priorities and handling stress.
