The front half of the lab features exercise equipment such as a Total Gym, stationary bike, parallel bars, pulleys, shoulder wheel, large colorful balls, bolsters, wedges and mats. The back half of the lab contains padded treatment tables, a tilt table, traction table, canes, crutches, walkers, braces and prostheses.

Off to the side of the lab is a tiled hydrotherapy room that contains an arm/leg whirlpool, 2 sinks, a cold pack machine and a hot pack machine. The lab also contains a wide array of physical therapy equipment used in current clinical practice. A large storage area houses electrical machines that are used to decrease pain and promote healing such as: ultrasound, ultraviolet, shortwave diathermy, paraffin bath, intermittent compression unit, and electrotherapy for various forms of electrical treatment.
