Amenities

Each individual apartment is fully furnished and carpet is provided in most living areas, hallway, and both bedrooms. The bathroom comes complete with shower, toilet and two sinks. Local Telephone, Cable and Wireless Internet Service are provided.

Each apartment houses two students in each bedroom, with single bedrooms available at an additional cost. Every apartment come fully furnished, although residents often provide their own small appliances (toaster, microwave, TV... etc.)

Cleaning
Residents are responsible for the care and cleanliness of their rooms. Custodians clean all common areas, and the community bathrooms in the game room.

NOTE: College Village provides furnishings and appliances in all of its apartments. Residents are not allowed to bring their own furniture or major appliances.
