Services for Student with Disabilities:

Business Office - 9 AM to 6:30 PM

Certificate of Residence Form: To qualify for New York State resident tuition, you must submit to the Business Office a Certificate of Residence each academic year. Application forms are available in the Business Office, at any campus center location or online  Please keep in mind that each county has unique requirements and some require the student to appear in person to obtain the Certificate.  The link above has the most common requirements.  Residency Certificates must be obtained no sooner than 60 days before the start of the semester (no sooner than July 1, 2014) and are due in the Business Office by August 30, 2014.   After that date, students who have not provided a Certificate of Residence will be charged double tuition.  **Please keep in mind that counties are only obligated to issue Certificates of Residence for the first 30 days of the semester.  If denied by your county for failure to obtain the Certificate within the established timeframe, payment of double tuition will be the student’s responsibility.

Tuition Payment: Tuition payment for fall is due August 1, 2014. GCC offers an online payment plan which allows students to spread their payments over 4 months.  To enroll, log into your GenESIS account and follow the easy instructions. If you have any questions regarding your tuition bill, you may contact the Business Office at (585) 343-0055 ext. 6212, or by email at   GCC has the right to cancel your class registration if payment arrangements have not been made prior to the due date.  However, please do not rely on this process to drop you from unwanted classes.  If your circumstances change and you do not plan to attend, please visit your GenESIS account and drop your classes before the first day of the semester (August 25th).  Although you will be allowed to re-register if dropped, payment arrangements must be made at that time and there is no guarantee you will be able to obtain the same schedule of classes.

Batavia Advisement Center and Records Office - 9 AM to 6:30 PM

Advisement/Register for Classes: Students are encouraged to walk into the Advisement Center for help with class selection.  If a student is not able to come on a Thursday they should be encouraged to call the closest campus center or the Advisement Center or to make alternative arrangements.  Students in the Batavia area will be encouraged to attend a New Student Registration Session and readmit and transfer students may make an appointment with the Advisement Center.
