is ILLiad? Who can use Genesee's ILL service? Genesee's ILL service is not available to: community patrons, visitors, Open Access students, or Empire State College students. ILL services can be obtained through public libraries. What can be borrowed? What cannot be borrowed? Please note: We cannot request materials that we own, so please check the Genesee Catalog carefully, or ask a librarian for assistance to verify that we do not own the item.
