Business And Commerce Series

The Business and Commerce Series provides co-curricular learning to ensure the success of Genesee Community College students. This specific series caters to Business students to introduce them to skills important in the Business world. The series, when completed, may give students a competitive advantage over others in their field.

As an added incentive, the Business and Commerce Series will serve as a Certificate Program, by which student participants will receive recognition for their participation. Students who accumulate 10 "credits" over the course of the year will receive an invitation to the Spring Awards Banquet where they will receive a certificate of completion! We recommend striving for 5 credits each semester.

Most workshop sessions last one hour and prove to be interactive and informative. Attendance sheets should be signed during each workshop or activity to ensure credit.

Note: Students are asked to please SIGN UP in the Student Activities Office for all workshops they plan on attending
