Use this form to get help with any technical resources at Genesee Community College. Please fill out the entire form so we can help you as quickly as possible. If you are sending this form on a weekend or at night, we will get back to you the next working day.

If you prefer, you can call the Help Desk at 1.866.614.5004 which is a toll free number and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are calling about passwords for any of your accounts, you will need your Genesee ID number ("800" number as part of your identification).

If you are having difficulties accessing portions of our site, it may be due to your browser configuration. You can perform a check of your browser to determine if it is configured properly to access our site. While it can't test for everything, it can give you a good indication if there's an obvious problem that you may be able to fix.
