This form must be handed in to the College Village Office/Safety Office with 24 hour notice.

Visitors are required to stop at the safety office and register with an Officer or Resident Assistant prior to entering any College Village building. Failure to do so will result in trespass charges. All guests must have valid photo ID to register.
