Microenterprise (MAP)
The Microenterprise course is designed to provide detailed information about starting and operating a successful small business. Offered during our Fall (September) and Spring (March) semesters, this course covers a variety of subjects. Topics range from the personality characteristics, skills and experience needed to run a business, to marketing, sales, financial, personnel and risk management practices for successful operations. The course runs for 9 weeks in Albion with the objective of helping students develop a written business plan by the end of the course. At completion of the course and a successful business plan, you will have the potential to receive funding for your business.
