Kristen Schuth joined Genesee in 2004 as the head coach of the lady cougar softball team. Clark was a 2003 graduate from SUNY Brockport with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree and 54 credits towards a sports management concentration. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Sport Management.

While at Brockport, Kristen was a 2-sport athlete Basketball and Softball, where she as an All-American and broke many school records. These included career records with best ERA, most games pitched, most wins, and most strikeouts for the Eagles Softball Team. For the basketball program she holds most points in a season, 2nd career all time leading scorer, 2nd career all time rebound leader. She was inducted into the SUNY Brockport Hall of Fame in fall of 2009.

Previous to joining the cougar team, Kristen was the assistant basketball coach at Brockport where she helped with all of the recruiting, planning and fund-raising throughout the season. Kristen brings many years of experience as a player and coach. She hopes to bring the lady cougars softball program up to the highest optimal level and to become one of the premier programs in the region.

Pat Clark joined his daughter’s coaching staff in 2005. He brings many years of experience as both a player and coach to the Lady Cougar staff. His primary responsibility is the development of the pitching staff.

Coach Clark spent three years as the coach of the Rochester Rebels ASA softball team. He was also an assistant at Brockport State for two seasons for both the softball and the basketball programs there. As a player, Coach Clark was a part of the three time Gears Park championship team. He was also a part of a team that won the 2005 World Tournament Slow pitch Softball Championship in Monasis, Virginia.
