The Genesee CC Cougars men's soccer team came from behind to beat Finger Lakes CC 2-1 in overtime. FLCC took and early lead and withstood the pressure from the GCC attack until the 82nd minute when Dan Kociygit (Stone, England) scored on a cross from Ger Myles (Limerick, Ireland). This late goal further boosted the confidence of the GCC players as they went in search of the win. The winner was duly delivered with 4 minutes remaining in overtime as Ryan Winchip's (Filmore) through ball set up a clinical finish from Dave Farabella (LeRoy) to seal the victory on the road. The Cougars are now 2-4-1.
