Technical Assistant/Women’s Basketball Coach/Sports Information Specialist

In conjunction with the Director of Athletics the Technical Assistant/Women’s Basketball Coach/Sports Information Specialist is responsible for planning, directing, programming, supervising and implementing the duties and functions of the women’s basketball program.  In addition, this position will prepare and coordinate the promotions of athletic events at the college including news releases, games rosters and programs, maintenance of Athletics website, and regular internal news articles. 

Applicants must have Associates degree, Bachelors preferred.  They must also possess a driver’s license free of any major violations.  Prior coaching experience at the college or high school level preferred.  Editing, copy writing and media relations experience desirable.
