The Business and Employee Skills Training (BEST) Center is Genesee Community College's local provider of training, workshops, and consulting services. We offer customized training in four different and distinct areas:

• Leadership and Management Skills. Businesses and employees can choose from dozens of skills development workshops that reflect the latest in business thinking and best business practices.
• Individual Job Skills. We help business build a better trained, more responsive workforce with workshops in sales, marketing, customer service, communications, and time management to name a few.
• Computer Skills. Almost nothing changes faster than the state of computer software and hardware. We provide employees with the up-to-date computer skills they'll need to perform at their max potential.
• Specialty Job Skills and Certifications. Training to new industry standards will open the door to new customers and enhance the value to existing customers. Some examples of the workshops we offer are real estate, insurance, and manufacturing effectiveness.
