NetLibrary is a collection of online electronic books (eBooks).  eBooks can be read online at a computer (desktop or laptop). Our Genesee Community College collection contains 1,405 recently published titles which are provided to our library by SUNYConnect in the subject areas of business, reference, computer science, medicine, health, humanities and social sciences. The Public Collection contains 3,400 additional titles, including classics and public domain titles.

Using NetLibrary:
  • Find & Read ebook: You can search, browse and read electronic books in NetLibrary at any time.
  • Printing: Due to copyright restrictions, you cannot print out entire books, but can print (copy, paste, etc.) small sections of text.
  • Off-campus use: You must first create a (free) NetLibrary account from a computer within the GCC college network. Once you've created the account, you can use it from any computer anywhere that can connect to the internet.
